BetaQuick Technology ("BetaQuick," "we," "us," or "our") operates AI voice agent services for healthcare organizations, businesses, and government agencies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website (betaquick.com) and our AI voice agent services (Morgan, Haven, Aria, and government solutions).
Website visitors: We collect standard web analytics data including page views, referral sources, browser type, and approximate location. We do not use tracking cookies beyond analytics.
Voice call data: When callers interact with BetaQuick AI voice agents deployed by our clients, we collect call recordings, transcriptions, and structured data extracted from those calls. This data is collected on behalf of and under the direction of the client organization that deployed the voice agent.
Contact inquiries: When you contact us via email, phone, or booking link, we collect the information you provide including your name, organization, contact information, and the content of your inquiry.
We use collected information to: provide and operate our AI voice agent services; push structured call data to client backend systems (EMR, CRM, government eligibility systems) as directed by clients; improve the accuracy and performance of deployed AI voice agents; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; and fulfill our contractual obligations to client organizations.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use call data collected on behalf of clients for any purpose other than providing services to those clients.
BetaQuick operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA for clients that are Covered Entities. We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all healthcare clients. Protected Health Information (PHI) collected through Haven and Aria deployments is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements and the terms of applicable BAAs.
Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for the period specified in client agreements, typically 7 years for healthcare deployments in compliance with applicable retention requirements. Contact inquiry data is retained for 3 years. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services integrate with third-party systems including Availity (insurance verification), NexHealth (EMR integration), VAPI (AI voice infrastructure), and various CRM and EMR platforms. Each third party processes data according to their own privacy policies. We select third-party partners that maintain appropriate data security standards.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Requests related to call data collected through client-deployed AI voice agents should be directed to the client organization that deployed the service.
