Registration and Logging in

Is it free to register for a BetaQuick account?

Absolutely free! You can register right now for a BetaQuick account.

Can I login with my phone number and email address?

We currently support phone number logins. All phone numbers should be entered in the international format. For example, a US number will have the following format: +14105551000

I forgot my pin, how do I recover it?

The automatic pin recovery system is coming soon. In the meantime please contact us at support@betaquick.com to obtain your new pin.

How do I get a local number?

Register for a new BetaQuick account. Click on add a new contact. Enter the name and number of your international contact and select a betaquick number for that contact

What is the maximum number of contacts I can have?

Currently the maximum number of contacts you can have is 10

Does my local number ever expired?

Your local number may expire only have 12 months of continuous inactivity.

How do I enable pin required access on calls?

Coming soon.

How do I change my pin?

Login to BetaQuick. Click on Update your pin. Enter your old pin then a new pin and click on enter.

How do I change my phone number?

Login to BetaQuick. Click on Update my profile. Enter your new phone number and click on enter.

How do I see my call history?

Login to BetaQuick. Click on View call records.

How do I see my billing history?

Login to BetaQuick. Click on View billing records.

Billing and Payment

How do I add credits to my account?

You can add credits to your account by logging into your BetaQuick account, clicking on "Make a payment". You can use any major credit card to add credits to your account.

Can I transfer credits to another account?

Currently this is not supported.

How do I dispute payments or credits on my account?

Please email us support@betaquick.com at for any credit dispute.
